How will I process return and exchange?
Submit your return at https://frostoriginals.com/pages/return-policy and follow the steps below
To send an item back to us please enclose the Frost invoice which was emailed to you.
You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as frostororiginals.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
You are also responsible for the return shipping fee unless you are told otherwise after your return submission is approved.
Do you have a discount code?
We always have discount codes to offer our customers. You may subscribe on our mailing list to have an update with our seasonal codes.
Can I combine my Discounts/ Coupon code with free Ship?
Frost provide lots of discount for our customers. However, you can only use ONE of the coupon codes/offer or courtesy request per order.

How will I check the status of my order?
Frost normally processes orders within 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified through email with the tracking number available once we have shipped your order. Hence, you may also call our warehouse office at 323-235-0000.
How will I know my size?
The ability to shop online makes it convenient to enhance your personal style and image, while taking the stress out, Frost made our sizes better and all true to size.
Can I buy online and pick it up from the warehouse?
Sure, you can! However, we do not recommend pick up as this is to ensure the health of everyone and that no physical contact will be made from the customer and K.O CLOTHING employee.
How long will it take to process a refund?
AS soon as the refund has been processed on our system, it will take 3-5 banking days to go back to the customer's account. In the event that the customer has not received any after a week, our customer will need to call their bank for follow up.
