At FROST ORIGINALS, we’re dedicated to delivering quality fashion and products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy to fully understand your options and responsibilities.
RETURN POLICY
- Items returned after 15 days may be accepted at FROST ORIGINALS discretion; otherwise, they will be sent back to the customer.
- This policy also applies to used items. All returned garments undergo a thorough inspection — if any signs of wear, damage, perfume scent, or dirt are detected, the return will not be processed and the item will be shipped back to you.
- Additionally, for orders that include two or more sizes of the same style (in any color), only one unit may be returned for exchange.
- GIFT CARDS and STORE CREDITS can only be used once. Please ensure you apply them toward the merchandise you truly want, as any remaining balance will be forfeited.
*Final Sale items, Mystery Boxes, and Free Gifts are not eligible for return. If you wish to exchange one for a different style, size, or color, prior approval from our retail management team is required.
To return an item, please include the FROST ORIGINALS invoice that was emailed to you. You may purchase a return label from our RETURN CENTER given the fact that your merchandise is not on PRODUCT FINAL SALE / SALE or you may use any shipping carrier of your choice; however, we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as FROST ORIGINALS is not responsible for lost return shipments. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Final Sale items can not be returned for an exchange unless deemed faulty.
- The shipping fee will no longer be ADDED to your store credit as FROST ORIGINALS ALREADY paid the delivery service upon dispatching the order.
- GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED NOR REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
NOTE: Whenever you use the code FREESHIP, FROST ORIGINALSpays for your initial shipping fee. If you decided to return the merchandise and request to store credit your money, the initial shipping fee will be not be included to your store credit amount.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7–10 business days for processing and here's why;

2–3 days for our warehouse team to inspect the item(s)

2–3 days for our retail team to review your request

3–4 days for final approval and processing by our accounting or retail department.
We will send you an email notification when we receive the returned item and if it has been fully inspected.
Another email notification will be sent if an exchange or store credit has been processed. Your store credit will be issued and sent to your email in a form of E-gift card.
- To eliminate lost or stolen boxes, FROST ORIGINALS requires signature for all packages. Please be responsible to track your package and make sure that someone is around to receive it. Hence, the courier will return back the item to us and the return shipping fee will be deducted to you store credit.
- For refused package by the customer with paid shipping, FROST ORIGINALS will deduct the shipping fee of your initial shipping plus the return freight fee of UPS from the store credit amount.
- The same goes for packages with FREE SHIPPING, since FROST ORIGINALS covers the bill of the delivery fee, we will also deduct it from the store credit amount.
- If you wish to ship the package back to you, please get in touch with one of our representatives via email or phone.
FROST ORIGINALS allows "ONE TIME EXCHANGE". We are more than happy to replace your outfits, However, we do not provide return labels, it is our customer's duty to pay the cost of the return shipping fee. If you wish to return the merchandise for the second time with a request for another replacement, an APPROVAL IS NEEDED. Once permitted, please pay for the shipping fee "from and going back to you".
NOTE: We do not process exchanges for overseas or international orders. However, FROST ORIGINALS can provide a store credit for you.
Please allow us to process your return within 7-10 business days UPON RECEIVED of the package. For faster transactions, we advise FROST ORIGINALS Customers to leave a note about what options they want as an exchange in our return center or inside the package. If the selected merchandise is no longer available, rest assured we will get in touch with you to offer alternatives.
For GIFTS requested for an exchange, please send the package together with the order details such as ORDER NUMBER and the name of the person who ordered the goods.
MERCHANDISE IS CLASSIFIED AS UNUSABLE IF YOU RECEIVED IT DAMAGED. A RESULT OF NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR IS NOT CONSIDERED FAULTY.
FROST ORIGINALS does not refund return products thus, an E-Gift card that works as a store credit will be provided which you can use within 6 months upon receive through email.
If the delivery address is within the US, all sales taxes will be added to the store credit BUT international orders, customs duties and sales taxes .
Please note that STORE CREDITS may take up to 7-10 Business days to appear on your email after processing and approval.
There are certain situations where only partial store credit are granted (if applicable).
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Late Returns
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Goods received after this point will be accepted at our discretion or will be returned back to the customer.
Clothing
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all FROST ORIGINALS USA garment tags still attached.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a store credit. Simply follow the return process HERE. There you will be able to leave comments and images detailing the issue with your goods.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In the event you refused the package nor unavailable to sign for it, and you would like to return it back, please know that customer/recipient will be liable for the shipping fee back and forth including custom duties & taxes. The total will be taken out from your store credit amount and this will be processed after we received the returned item.

To send an item back to us please enclose the Frost invoice which was emailed to you. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Frost Originals cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee unless you are told otherwise after your return submission is approved.
